The Hillcrest Neighborhood Association was founded in 1995. If you live (own or rent) or own a business or property within our boundaries, you are automatically a member. Our neighborhood association is volunteer run with a board and relies on grants or donations for funding of events and neighborhood improvements. We are not a homeowners association and have no enforcement powers. To learn about the difference between an HOA and neighborhood association, visit the City of Boise's website.
Hillcrest is bordered by Overland Road on the north and Curtis Road on the west. The southern boundary is Interstate 84 while the eastern boundary is from Overland Road south on Roosevelt to the New York Canal, thence southeast along the canal to Owyhee Street and south to Interstate 84.
